i'd rather not add fuel to the fire, but SERIOUSLY I just wanna say these following.
first of all, NOBODY can DENY the lovely closeness of the PID folks. Every year, 1 couse 'dominates' the Design School. This year, it so happened to be the Product and Industrial Design peeps.
on one hand, its cool. on the other, so ? so what if we are the closest? it doesnt mean that the other courses are non-existant or LESS important. How can the smallest school in TP have smaller unimportant arguments over the closeness of a certain course ? Hey, we didn't win BEST SPIRITED SCHOOL for nothing u know. But are we showing others that we didnt deserve it by these recent events between MOI and PID ? u decide. and u make the changes.
seriously, im glad the closestness of the PID folks and the news of our good spirit is spreading beyond the Design School shores. we ARE proud of this FACT. However, i amd sure that sometimes where we show that we are happy for ourselves, we do not mean to BOAST about this.
We definitely are happy that other courses are following our footsteps to become closer amoungst themself. this is a great sign. however, if they are doing so by means of also undernaming the spirit of PID, this is not right.
and if this is so, I am pretty sure Ronald would love to say this: ah, fuck you la.
